Safe Harbor | Greenville, SC A SAFE PLACE TO START A NEW LIFE Safe Harbor offers a continuum of services for survivors of domestic abuse and their children in Greenville Anderson Pickens and Oconee. Our services include a 247 help line safe emergency shelters counseling for adultsand children case management assistance with filing for an Order of Protection transitional housing domestic abuse education and parenting classes and group support. GET HELP Domestic ABUSe Does Not Discriminate Who Is Affected. Domestic abuse is an intersectional issue.
