Pacific Little League’s mission means no one is turned away – all who require scholarships receive them.. The 5 census tracts represented in our geography description represent: 38.8% Hispanic; 56.9% non-Hispanic White; 3.3% other; 19% limited or non-English speaking; 29.1% low income; and 43% renters. We are dedicated to our players’ closely reflecting these demographics so our outreach efforts must often be non-traditional to seek and support kids who may otherwise not find their way to the plate. All 13-15 year old residents of Walla Walla County are eligible to play in the new Intermediate Division Baseball but it will be a particular asset to families in PLL’s service area where nearly 80% are eligible for free/reduced-price school meals.
