Home Welcome to our website. Founded in 1962 the CVECA was organized by local electrical contractors as a means of providing a group support approach to industry problems. Our organization has grown over the years and has implemented other diverse programs and services. Our flagship program the Apprenticeship Training Program stands in the forefront.
