Cornerstones of Care's mission is to partner for safe and healthy communities. We believe children belong in families, and families belong in strong communities. On any given day, our dedicated staff works with hundreds of children and families to ensure they have the prevention, treatment, and support services they need to heal and become more resilient for the future. We support children and families within communities in three key areas. Youth & Family Support services help youth gain independence while empowering families to become resilient and successful. Foster Care & Adoption services provide support to foster parents and youth in foster care. Education & Community Trainings help students achieve academic success and give educators tools to create safe learning environments.
