At the conclusion of their college matriculation, the softball career of most young women comes to an end. Incognito Women’s Softball Organization is a non-profit organization focused on providing an opportunity for women to continue playing competitive softball at the highest amateur level available in the country. Incognito started out as a primarily African American team, making history with one of it's first word championship titles, who now enjoys the diverse make up of the women who wear the jersey. We are very proud of our accomplishments. The team has won 15 world championship titles, along with an additional 4 winter world titles. The team has 144 top 3 tournament finishes: 76 - 1st place finishes, 42 - 2nd place finishes and 26 - 3rd place finishes.
