OUR MISSION IS TO SUPPORT, ORGANIZE, AND PROMOTE TENSION, STRESS AND TRAUMA RELEASING EXERCISES (TRE) FOR THE GENERAL PUBLIC AND SPECIAL TARGETED POPULATIONS IN NEED. WE PLAN TO ACCOMPLISH THIS THROUGH OUR PROGRAMS, WHICH PROMOTE RESEARCH, EDUCATION, AND ASSISTANCE OF TRE AND ITS WORLDWIDE COMMUNITY.

The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shakingvibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.
