The Trust owns the land housing Kings Valley Charter School KVCS a 10acre parcel of agricultural land adjacent to the school the historic church off of Maxfield Creek Road and the recent gift of Luckiamute Meadows a 155acre wildlife refuge from Cliff and Gay Hall. Luckiamute meadows is managed by the Kings Valley Community Trust with easements owned by Greenbelt Land Trust httpsgreenbeltlandtrust. org and the Bonneville Power Administration .
