Changing Lives, Families and Communities through Career Development! "Changing Lives, Families, Communities" MenzFit combats unemployment and underemployment by providing disadvantaged men with job interview preparation, professional clothing and career development services. MenzFit is a 501(c)(3) educational non-profit organization whose mission is ensuring long-term, gainful employment, and financial fitness to facilitate asset development for full economic social participation among low-income men – who are largely minority with little formal education. We achieve this by preparing men for re-entry into the workforce through skills training, coaching, interview-appropriate clothing, career development services and financial literacy.
