After graduating the University of Kentucky magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science Abe earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Kentucky College of Law. While in law school Abe participated on the Trial Advocacy Board and was granted a Limited Practice License from the Kentucky Supreme Court.
