Caritas believes that all people have the right to live with dignity. As a community based organization, we are called upon to help people affected by HIV/AIDS in our 25 county service area in North-Central West Virginia. We work to achieve this by offering advocacy, case management, prevention education, community outreach, transitional housing and volunteer and support services in order that people with HIV/AIDS become empowered to improve their health and quality of living. We also provide services to persons experiencing homelessness from other causes as well.
