We are dedicated to improving the lives of women and girls in rural Central America through education, training and income generating projects. Three tenets: 1. Mothers are the key to keeping girls in school; therefore supporting mothers is a highly effective approach for furthering girls’ education. 2. Despite limited education, women are capable of designing, running, and evaluating their own small development projects.  In so doing they are powerful role models for their daughters. 3. Girls' and women’s opportunities can be developed best through local women’s associations. Small skill training centers, compatible with rural women’s schedules are effective in skill training. We use a hub model that allows members to work on income generation, education, health or advocacy.
