🌈💔🐾Rest Peacefully Chester🐾💔 Hi Barbara, I am writing to let you know that we lost Chester early this morning to heart failure. It came on so fast, one day he seemed fine, and last night he wasn't. But even in his final hours he was still his gentlemanly self, charming the vets at Vista and breaking hearts with his purr. He was so special. He was the star of many zoom meetings where he would climb on my lap and obscure my face. He would curl around my son's arm and hold his hand with his paw. To know him was to love him. We are so grateful for the time that we had with him. Honestly, I don't think it's hit me yet. He will always live in my heart. Thank you for letting us care for him in his last years.
