Programs Healthy Bottoms Is a service that provides disposable diapers through referrals for lowincome parents with infants and toddlers. More than oneinthree families struggle with diaper needs. The average household falls short of 19 diapers each month according to a study conducted by the National Diaper Bank Network and Huggies.
