Founded in part due to the vision of Susanne Berger, a dedicated Christian and registered nurse, the center aims to serve those without access to quality healthcare, regardless of their ability to pay.

History and Mission

The idea for NeighborHealth Center was conceived after Susanne Berger's personal experience with cancer. Although the idea began earlier, the center officially opened its doors in 2018. The mission of NeighborHealth is to provide excellent, compassionate, and accessible healthcare, inspired by the Christian principle of loving one's neighbors.

Services Offered

NeighborHealth provides a comprehensive range of healthcare services, including:

• Primary Healthcare: Comprehensive care for adults and children.
• Behavioral Health and Counseling Services: Support for emotional and behavioral health needs, including assessments, treatment plans, and referrals.
• Dermatology Services: Skin and mole checks, cyst evaluation, and treatment for conditions like psoriasis, eczema, and acne.
• COVID-19 Testing and Vaccination: Available by appointment.
• Women's Health: Cervical cancer screening, referrals for mammograms, prenatal care, and screenings for sexually transmitted illnesses.
• Prenatal Care: Pregnancy testing, physical examinations, prenatal lab testing, and routine ultrasounds for low-risk pregnancies.
