As part of our education mission we have sugar art craft demonstrations at our monthly meetings and occasionally bring in instructors to teach classes for our members and the general public. FCSA is going on over 50 years of existence. It was established in the early 1970s and held its first sugar art show at Central Park Mall in 1976.
