Kitsap Shop with a Cop Welcome to Kitsap Shop with a Cop A long standing community organization helping kids. Kitsap Shop with a Cop is a 501C3 non profit organization formed by a group of volunteers from local law enforcement agencies. Kitsap Shop with a Cop raises money throughout the year in order to provide needy area youth with a good Holiday season. Each year nearly 150 kids from area schools and tribal reservations get around 200 to shop at Walmart.
