PAFCAF, is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, that strengthens the capacity of its member agencies to produce positive outcomes for children & their families. The Palmetto Association for Children and Families (PAFCAF) exists to make a positive difference in the lives of children and families in need in SC. PAFCAF's mission is to provide education, support and leadership that strengthens the capacity of member agencies to produce positive outcomes for children and their families. PAFCAF's vision is for high quality member agencies equipped to meet the needs of children and families in South Carolina.
