SEMILLA LATIN AMERICAN ANABAPTIST SEMINARY

The purposes of this Corporation shall be to provide education and Christian training for Pastors and church leaders of Central America and other Latin American countries by providing grants, financial assistance and contributions to Latin American Anabaptist Seminary, Guatemala City, Guatemala, and other similar foreign organizations in Central and South America that are organized and operated in a manner analogous to a United States exempt nonprofit charitable organization, are completely independent of the foreign government, and which operate and maintain seminaries in a manner which, in the determination of the Trustees of this Corporation, further the exempt purposes of this Corporation.
