As a communityled organization we equitably foster diverse vibrant neighborhoods that are physically and socially connected where anyone can thrive. Northwest Neighborhoods was formed in 2021 through a membersapproved merger of Cudell Improvement Inc. and Detroit Shoreway Community Development Organization.
