THE ORGANIZATION WOKRS TO SUPPORT COMPLETE EQUALITY AS PART OF A BROADER SOCIAL JUSTICE MOVEMENT AND CREATE WORKPLACES THAT RESPECT DIVERSITY OF HUMAN EXPRESSION, IDENTITY AND OPPORTUNITY FOR ALL.
