Y.L.C.T Foundation, Organization is a 501-C-3 organization that provides program services to young girls and women, in under-served communities, and prepare them for personal, career, and economic success. Our mission is to strengthen their leadership, power and voices, from marginalized and under-served communities. We envision a world in which all women, regardless of race, ethnicity, income level or social status, are nurtured and empowered to reach their fullest potential. Y.L.C.T targets young women, in the Chicago, IL areas and other under-served communities.
