This is the official facebook community page of the Whiteaker Community Council. Founded to empower the neighborhood and its members, primarily through educational, cultural, charitable, public health, and sustainable economic development activities; to facilitate citizen participation in the life and governance of the neighborhood and the City of Eugene; and to otherwise improve the livability of the neighborhood through participation in various projects by residents, workers, and property owners via an open and democratic neighborhood council.
