To inspire people to change their lives through the inner strength that comes from healthy living. We are the LightSpeed Fitness Foundation, a New York City based health and wellness company. We provide health and wellness education to new parents, active and reserve military personnel, military veterans, aspiring athletes and the general public. Our classes include parenting skills, nutrition for parents, exercise for parents, military exercise, and more. Our instructors are medical and exercise professionals who want to stem the tide of preventable diseases that are ravaging our nation. These include cancer, diabetes, heart disease, and others which we fight by providing information on healthy living.
