THRIVE: GROWING in WELLNESS What is one of the big things that odd holding us back from being who we are becoming and helping us begin to bridge the divides in our communities. I believe one big reason this is so difficult is because we are operating from fear and reactiveness. This more primal part of our brain is not where we do our best thinking, feel compassionate, and solve problems.
