KHL GOALS AND OBJECTIVES KHL is staffed by a volunteer Board of Directors coaches parents and others who are committed to providing an enriching and challenging program through teamwork respect discipline and a lifelong appreciation of the game of hockey. KHL defines success as continual player development through active participation in the sport of hockey while building sportsmanship and character.
