The Yoshon Network Inc. is a US-based organization, but we cater to people (via online services) throughout the world. Our religious organization is focused on educating people on the observance of a subset of kosher dietary laws practiced by many Orthodox Jews, called "Yoshon", also pronounced "Yashan". In the modern age of food commercial production, Yoshon has become a very complex law. We help to simplify it by providing an educational and informative website, "Yoshon.com", which provides many services. The most popular feature is our searchable Online Database to help people determine which products are yoshon and which are the forbidden "chodosh". Our site (and connected app) enables people to look up the information on their mobile devices right in the store as they shop.
