Employees 1st is a unique employee assistance program (EAP) designed to help employees facing financial difficulties immediately after a disaster or personal hardship. TO EFFICIENTLY AND COMPASSIONATELY PROVIDE A FULL SUITE OF DISASTER RELIEF AND EMERGENCY ASSISTANCE PROGRAMS TO ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR PRESENT AND FUTURE EMPLOYEES AND ELIGIBLE DEPENDENTS. IN DOING SO, EMPLOYERS ALLOW EMPLOYEES TO HELP THEMSELVES AND EACH OTHER DURING TIMES OF ECONOMIC HARDSHIP AND BENEFIT FROM A WORKFORCE THAT FEELS SUPPORTED IN TIMES OF CRISIS.
