Concordia Disability and Survivor Plan
Enable the participating full time workers of The Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod, its member congregations, controlled organizations and affiliated agencies to be provided with replacement income in the event of becoming disabled. Also provides death benefits to survivors of such workers in event of worker death.
