TO ADVANCE QUALITY EDUCATION FOR ALL STUDENTS BY PROVIDING CHARTER SCHOOL AUTHORIZING PROFESSIONALS WITH LEARNING, SUPPORT, AND EDUCATIONAL RESOURCES TO FOSTER HIGH PERFORMING, FINANCIALLY SOUND, AUTONOMOUS, AND ACCOUNTABLE CHARTER SCHOOLS.
