PROMOTES THE AWARENESS AND TRAINING OF K-12 MINDFULNESS-BASED EDUCATION PRACTICES TO YOUTH, EDUCATORS, CLINICIANS AND PARENTS IN MICHIGAN SCHOOL BASED COMMUNITIES. WORKSHOPS, PRESENTATIONS, RETREATS AND EXTENSIVE TRAINING PROGRAMS USING EVIDENCED BASED TEACHING CURRICULA ARE OFFERED IN SCHOOLS AND NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS TO SUPPORT STUDENT GROWTH AND LEARNING OF MINDFULNESS.
