The mission of the Bakken Chapter to foster a spirit of cooperation among those directly and indirectly engaged in the extraction of oil and gas and the communities in which we all live. API Bakken Chapter is a 501 (C) 3 organization based in Minot, ND. The purpose of our chapter is to foster a spirit of cooperation and respect between individuals and companies engaged with the oil and gas industry and those in the greater community. We do this through a variety of events, meetings, and causes ranging from our scholarship fund and charitable donations to public meetings with industry experts.
