Department of States premier professional exchange program. Through shortterm visits to the United States current and emerging foreign leaders in an array of fields experience this country firsthand and cultivate lasting relationships with their American counterparts.

During their professional exchange, the visitors aim to examine the role vocational education plays in providing Americans with training and skills tailored to fit targeted employment needs.
