TO PROVIDE QUALITY AFFORDABLE VETINARY CARE TO EQUINE AND OTHER ANIMALS IN UNDERSERVED RURAL AREAS IN THE USA AND ABROAD. ALL SERVICES ARE RENDERED AT THE COST OF SUPPLIES OR GRATIS. TO PROVIDE OPPORUNITIES FOR VETERINARY PROFESSIONALS AND VETINARY STUDENTS TO AID ANIMALS IN NEED.
