HFRA believes that empowerment can come from helping the parent identify their strengths as well as partnering with them for success in parenting. Providing each family who participates in Healthy Families Rappahannock Area their own personal support system is one way of achieving this goal and making a difference in the lives of those who are members of this family. Babies do not come home with how-to-guides and no parent should have to do this journey of parenthood alone. Let Healthy Families Rappahannock Area be that FREE support while on this journey.
