HMCKC Member Spotlight: Jacob Horton, Tenor 2 Hometown: Lawrence, KS “When I saw their concert, I said to myself that I was going to be on that stage with them — and here we are.” For Jacob, returning to Lawrence with Heartland Men’s Chorus Kansas City is more than just a homecoming — it’s the fulfillment of a dream years in the making. From performing alongside the chorus as a child to attending their concerts with his high school GSA, Jacob has felt the impact of HMCKC’s message his whole life.
