RBCF installs barber and beauty salons exclusively in agencies serving populations who lack access to regular grooming services Rob's Barbershop Community Foundation administers funds contributed by individuals, corporations, private foundations, government agencies, and federated campaigns back into the community in the form of grooming equipment/products and services. These products and services are directed to projects at residential, transitional and emergency housing facilities.
