“Now you’ve seen my face, I have to kill you.” That’s what a 13-year-old, convicted of raping two women in Memorial Park, told his victims before threatening them with a knife and attacking them. He was quickly caught by OPD while hiding in the park and was bitten by Police K9 Kano. Less than a year and a half later, he’s considered rehabilitated and is no longer in a “therapeutic group home” and only assigned more probation. He is in Omaha now, and we just hope his juvenile probation program is closely monitoring his whereabouts. Due to his age, we cannot release his name or photo under state law. (fb)
