Better Futures Minnesota fuels the aspirations of at-risk men who want to change their lives and lifestyle. This enterprise also works to change policies that lock people out of society and lock them into perpetual cycles of violence, unemployment, homelessness, and incarceration. And Better Futures strives to change practices that undermine a person's ability to work, live in decent housing, and care for their families. Four principles guide this social enterprise:1. Everyone deserves a fair shot at the American dream. 2. The adults served did some bad things but they are not bad people. 3. The current systems are unfair and produce unacceptable outcomes.4. Work matters.
