A 130mile recreational trail rolling over rural Northeast Texas Progress is Coming Soon to the NETT in Bowie County. Improvements to a portion of the Northeast Texas Trail System are scheduled to begin in November according to plans awarded last week by the Texas Department of Transportation. Work will take place along US 82 in Bowie County from County Road 4105 west of Malta to State Highway 98 west of New Boston an area covering just over three miles.
