MPI is a Community Mentoring Program with the focus on assisting the Justice Involved in their efforts to obtain opportunities in areas of education, housing and gainful employment Mephibosheth Project Inc. is a non-profit 501©(3) whose mission is to help redirect returning "Justice Involved" citizens, both Adults and Juveniles and those currently serving out a period of probation or parole towards a path of purpose and productivity. This is accomplished through the usage of direct mentorship, one to one, as well as group interaction and therapeutic models such as CBT, CBI (MRT).

Recidivism means literally a falling back and usually implies into bad habits Webster. Recidivism occurs when a person returns back to behaviors or lifestyles that have previously resulted in them being entangled with the judicial system and ultimately results in them experiencing seasons of probation juvenile detention and even incarceration. Our goal is to provide a safe and stable therapeutic environment for JuvenilesYouth that have unfortunately found themselves involved within the judicial system.
