Develop the land to become a Center that will provide long-term facilities and services that are unique to North County and the City of Escondido residents.Examples of these services:•Horse interaction and training for challenged children and adults•Dog therapy services for the aged and special needs residents•Expanded 4-H classes and training for high school students•Horse riding and care classes•Dog training and special canine services•Hiking and exercise•Habitat preservation and education•These services provide wholesome alternate activities for Escondido's youth.
