THE CORPORATION IS ORGANIZED EXCLUSIVELY FOR THE CHARITABLE PURPOSE OF OWNING, CONSTRUCTING, REHABILITATING, LEASING, MANAGING, EQUIPPING, MAINTAINING, DEVELOPING AND OPERATING A HOUSING PROJECT FOR PERSONS OF LOW INCOME AND NEEDY. THE CORPORATION SHALL PROVIDE THE FURNISHING OFCLEAN AND DECENT PERMANENT (TEMPORARY) HOUSING FACILITIES FOR PERSONS IN NEED OF SUCH ACCOMMODATIONS ON A SITE AT 520 GATES AVENUE, IN THE COUNTY OF KINGS AND STATE OF NEW YORK AT A MODEST PRICE AND WITHOUT PROFIT.
