OCDCA’s vision is the creation of a community development environment that comprehensively improves life opportunities for all Ohioans. Ohio CDC Association was founded in 1984 to promote and assist the efforts of nonprofit community-based development organizations by building linkages between CBDOs and state government and providing CBDOs with training, T/A and information.
