Unitarian Universalist Justice Florida Inc. was formed as a successor to the Unitarian Universalist Legislative Ministry of Florida, which was originally established in 2007. The organization officially gained its 501(c)(3) status in 2014, becoming one of 24 state action networks affiliated with the Unitarian Universalist Association.

This includes projects such as monitoring air quality in BIPOC communities in Orlando and improving indoor air quality in hurricane-affected areas.

• Grants and Funding: UUJF offers grants to support projects and initiatives by Unitarian Universalist groups in Florida that align with its mission.
