Cascadia Viols | The Viola da Gamba in Oregon Join us for our next workshop with Arnie Tanimoto Abel Gibbons Weelkes Saturday November 16 2024. 930 AM 400 PM 55 for Members 75 for NonMembers Our morning class will focus on exercises to improve fluidity and control of both hands. Well begin with key concepts for playing with ease and efficiency move through warmups and work with notated exercises. Then well apply these techniques to accessible solo pieces by Abel and a piece of consort music in order to blend technique with musical expression.
