It was a great day with our Jasper ISD kiddos today. When I asked why they liked equine therapy, here were some replies. “It helps calm me.” “It helps with the really difficult things in life.” “It has really helped me do better at school and really life.” “It helps me make better choices.” We are so blessed to be able to go into the schools we work with bi-weekly and build relationships with this kiddos and give them a few minutes to de-stress, calm, and learn to regulate their emotions.
