C.S.O.A., Inc. exists for the purpose of promoting the sport of harness racing through benefits provided to the owners, trainers, drivers, and grooms in the harness racing industry. TO PROMOTE HARNESS HORSE RACING AND TO MAINTAIN HIGH STANDARDS IN HARNESS HORSE OWNERSHIP, BREEDING, RAISING AND RACING, NEGOTIATES PURSE STRUCTURE, INSURANCE AND WELFARE PROGRAMS, AND COUNSELS AND INFORMS HORSEMEN ON MATTERS PERTAINING TO HARNESS RACING.
