The Women's International League for Peace and Freedom (WILPF) brings women together to oppose war, violence and global militarisation. #FeministPeace WILPF’s mission is to end and prevent war, ensure that women are represented at all levels in the peace-building process, defend the human rights of women, and promote social, economic and political justice. WOMEN'S INTERNATIONAL LEAGUE FOR PEACE AND FREEDOM, UNO, INC. ("WILPF UNO") WAS INCORPORATED IN DECEMBER 2009 AS A NOT-FOR-PROFIT ORGANIZATION IN THE STATE OF NEW YORK. WILPF UNO'S MISSION IS TO END AND PREVENT WAR, ENSURE THAT WOMEN ARE REPRESENTED AT ALL LEVELS IN THE PEACE-BUILDING PROCESS, DEFEND THE HUMAN RIGHTS OF WOMEN, AND PROMOTE SOCIAL, ECONOMIC, AND POLITICAL JUSTICE.
