Dollars For Scholars - Edinburgh Dollars for Scholars, Inc. Edinburgh Dollars for Scholars The Edinburgh Dollars for Scholarschapter was chartered in May 1975. To date we have been able to award 1000000 in scholarships to over 850 recipients. All recipients are graduates of Edinburgh Community High School. The Edinburgh Dollars for Scholars chapter is very successful due to the generosity and caring of the Edinburgh community.
