The Beacon High School PTSO shall encourage the involvement of all parents, guardians, faculty and staff without regard to race, color, national origin, citizenship, gender, religion, economic status, age, disability, political beliefs, sexual orientation or marital status. The mission of the Organization: 1. To arrange activities and special events to supplement the academic program and enhance the school's sense of community; 2. To serve as a liaison to encourage and facilitate communication between families and the school's administration and staff; 3. To be a vehicle for fundraising to help meet expenditures not covered by the school.
